Yep, China is a bad place and does bad things to lots of people. China makes people disappear. China "re-educates" people. China does not give a crap about people. To the Chinese govt, people are resource to be used, exploited, and/or disposed of in whatever manner most suits the govt.

That's a pretty good reason to NOT give them more access to you than they already have.
