I've met some transexuals in my life, and it really ain't pretty. Cross-dressers can sometimes get away with it - you have to be pretty sober in their company, or you might find yourself in a...um...
situation.
But the sex-change artists: well, have you seen an old woman who's had her face lifted - invariably, as they age, they begin to look like The Joker.
Magnify that with a full sex change. Nasty stuff - the Adam's apple is a dead giveaway with a guy-to-girl surgery. So are the hands. Man hands are man hands, especially with "big girls."
A girl-to-guy isn't as easy. The best guess I have for one of these is they look like a eunuch.
My opinion is one shouldn't mess with what our Mother has given us. Secondly, the medical field would be better off using its efforts to combat
real ailments.
