A friend gave me his Fire Magic. He replaced one set of burners and the other side needed it as well.
Cleaned it all up (re-opened holes in new burners, etc) and only use the new burner side. It is very high quality. Same age as yours and it definitely ain't rusting out.
To bring the other side back to life it will cost $500-ish for burners and the gas feed manifold. Ouch.
It's a basic model and cost him $1,900 back in '02. Comparable today is over $5k.
