Ha, intermittent feasting is a thing….I’m not currently doing this, but for awhile I was eating VERY clean 6 days a week - no sugar, virtually no carbs, zero alcohol, lots of veggies, beans, lean meat, etc….then on one day a week (usually Sun for me), I would eat and drink anything and everything. I actually lost weight doing this…you think you are going to eat everything under the sun on your cheat day, but it’s surprising how you fill up so fast eating crap. I liked it though….gave me something to look forward too when I was getting tired of boring meals by day 5-6 (I tend to eat the same few things over and over, creature of habit).
