Quick update guys!
I had a house under contract but just backed out last minute due to a bunch of repairs that were needed plus there were some negatives that I did not like..road noise, flat roof, bad electric panel, termites, small 2 car garage etc.
Good news was that same day I canceled I found an amazing house right where I wanted to live with a 6.5 car Garage!!! This is unheard of in the middle of the city, in Phoenix where I live. Typically, the houses in the neighborhoods where I am looking are ranch houses built in the mid 1950's with a 2 car carport and/or converted into a small 2 car garage. That is what the house that I backed out of had, a small 2 car garage, horrible because my daily driver was going to have to be outside.
I will get some pics of the inside as soon as I can, but here are some bad pics of the outside.
The right side garage is a two car standard garage, the left side is a 4.5 car tandem, with plenty of room at the end for all the tools and storage you will need. With attic storage and even a compressor!
I am going to trick the heck out of this place...
Can't wait to slide the '72 into here.
