It's not offensive except maybe when used in very specific context. The word smash (like most words) has multiple meanings, some hardly related to others.

"Smash it or pass it" in reference to sports teams is not offensive.

"Smash it or pass it" followed by a series of photos of women could probably be considered offensive.

Technically, something is offensive only if you think it is. So it's entirely possible that there are women out there that would gladly provide their photos to an activity like that and wouldn't be offended at all.

Most of you have probably seen this before. IMO, portions of it cannot be stated often enough these days.

Being offended is subjective. It has everything to do with you as an individual or collective or group or society or community, your moral conditioning, your religious beliefs. What offends me may not offend you.
