We are awaiting plan approval to build a 1500 sq. ft. home garage. It will have a 14' ceiling and 6" 4000 PSI concrete floors. We are going with a 2-post lift. I have had a 4-post, great for storage but not really for working on cars. Also had a mid-rise scissor lift, great for almost everything when you do not have the ceiling height. But this time we have the height, so...
