Very interesting post, there is a lot to be learned here. Recently the Japanese market has been bringing the heat to the rest of the roadrunners out there.
This reminds me of an upset customer that E-mailed me after he explained that he got beat by a “Honda CRX”…
He said that something needed to be done because if he could be beat by a subcompact Japanese commuter car then something must be wrong. I told him that I would be more than happy to assist him if he was willing to start with an engine swap. I went to explain to him that in this day in age we have “street” driven Japanese cars pulling 10-11 slip times coupled with NOS this could easily be decreased to 9-10 on street tires.
He seemed to be frustrated by the fact that some “17 year old kid” could give it to him in the pants…
