Update: yesterday I found, through a ten-year-old thread on a Saab forum, a place in MA that did this kind of work then. I wrote them and got a message back this morning from the place that that place sends their automotive work to. It's Instrument Specialties, Inc. in North Kingston, RI. $250 each, oof! But they can do it.
