Yes and no.
I make 2-3 shots of espresso every morning. Waiting for the heat to come up as I type.
I have tried many beans and roasters. Some of which are simply amazing. But, they are really inconsistent. And, I waste far too much to get the shot dialed. What do I do? Buy some beans from Costco that are very consistent. My pours are better with inferior beans.
