Nope..they do one at a time. Having been through it with both eyes, trust me, it's for the best. I have "fragile cornea", whatever that means. So, I had problems with pain after each procedure. The constant drops hurt like an SOB, but for some reason I wasn't prescribed any pain meds.
Don't let my hard time deter you...like posted earlier, it's pretty easy for most people. Just my luck to have a problem. Hey, at least I can see (sorta...I also have macular degenation & glaucoma) out of both eyes. Figure I'm lucky.
