I haven't spoken to my neighbor two doors down, about it yet..... he seems like a nice guy .... city fellow from NJ. Has his shed lit up like a billboard all night, and has installed spotlights that blind the hell outta me on my deck or backyard when on.
I'll either talk to him or just break out the Diana .... easy shot too
