A classic Chicago-style hot dog; a boiled or steamed all-beef dog on a poppy-seed bun topped with mustard, lime green relish, chopped onions, tomato wedges, a pickle spear, sport peppers and celery salt.
There are off shoots: you can char a dog, substitute Polish sausage (you can char that as well). I like dogs with sauerkraut and spicy mustard, Coney dog and chili dogs.
