Kent, my 1973T with 3.0 stroked to 3.2 with CIS sits about 14 at idle. I know you have carbs, but 10.7 at idle and no load seems really, excessively, rich. My high-RPM WOT is in the 12-13 range.
But if it runs well for you with whatever cams and pistons you have installed, then I guess it's good.
