Judging by the picture, I would say "no" as it has the black "plug" where the strainer would screw in. It also doesn't mention anything about a strainer/ gasket etc being required or included like the description for mine. I would absolutely talk to someone that can have somebody open a box and verify the one they grab for you. Not sure if that's possible.
Also, as I was saying above, and can be seen in the pics, the part number and description on the box I received were wrong. Looks like maybe the new batch were using up the old boxes. I'm not sure but that's my guess.
