Sadly places like this do exist, and in turn it makes it harder for those genuine shops out there to gain the trust and respect they deserve, makes my blood boil
As stated, if you can; check out the body shops who participate in this site, and/or who are recommended by those who have had positive results, and take your car to one of these guys.
