Going on what you say
Here are two emails that show couple things.
I reply right away.
I reply to as many places as I can to be sure they get message.
I went to PM them just in case their inbox was still full but PM box was full
Proves I sent them tracking info 1 day before they file complaint but they had other info before that
The last email about the strange tracking is one thing but saying they didn't PM because they thought I was not answering is total BS so making the "not getting my email" thing questionable as well.
I erased the email address for privacy for now but as you can see how quick the reply is. Would have been even quicker had I not tried to PM him first.
