I just got this PM but his PM box is full so cannot reply, Maybe you were right.
" Yes I did get the tracking number but It is going to the wrong place. The tracking information has changed since we started this transaction"
I shipped it to the address he gave me. Now he says it's wrong.
Either he is out to lunch, on the verge of a stroke, or just a scammer but this is total BS
Refusing to cancel the complaint to paypal which is screwing up my account is what annoys me .
Clearly the problem (if any ?) was it his end not mine but he won't tell paypal that.
