•. Carbon posts in carbon frames also get stuck. You MUST remove them on occasion and re-apply the paste.
• I just binned a CF seatpost that had gotten a chip somehow and then proceeded to delaminate and splinter.
• I've also destroyed a few alloy posts in the process of removing them from a steel or alloy frame.
