Both above statements are true. But then, you'd have a GT Mustang, not a Bullitt Mustang. If over 400 ponies and independent rear suspension are your priority, then a '19-20 Bullitt model would do that. However, %age wise, they don't seem to be retaining their resale value as well as the '08-'09.
That could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.
