I was at the doctors office and this makes no sense. Having the clean paper hand towels and the trash bin in the same fixture. So someone comes in, and does a #2, and doesn’t do a great job of washing their hands, places the soiled paper towel and drags it across the clean towels. Now the next guy/gal gets #2 on his hands from that contaminated towel.
