Oh, I should have clarified - I am not insinuating that anyone is a fat ba$tard - that is from the Richard Jeni video (he was a hilarious stand up comic, IMHO).
But, I will also say that I think "dieting" is a racket. Keto/Atkins/don't skip breakfast/don't eat after 8:00/blah, blah, blah...I think it is all a racket. The only way to lose weight -
the only way - is to burn more calories than you consume. There is no magic pill or magic diet.
Now, losing weight in a healthy manner is another story. People don't generally gain 20 lbs in a month or two and it is not a great idea to lose 20 lbs in a month or two. But it can be done.
And...other than "looking good naked"...what we actually weigh many times isn't directly correlated with how healthy we are. Plenty of perfectly healthy people out there with BMIs above 25.
