There are any number of products for "refinishing leather" seats. This vid shows one of them. Have not used this stuff so not saying it's good or bad... it's the idea. The question is how to handle perforated areas? Another question is how does leather feel once it's been refinished with anything? Am inclined to think there's a cost for making seats look good again and that cost is the feel that genuine, uncoated leather offers. Were I going this route, would definitely test the coating on a loose piece of leather before putting it on the seat leather. Might feel like vinyl.
