I have a Pioneer unit in my Duramax as well as my 4 runner. All are double din. I like it so much that I put one in my kid's 2000 4runner. Its user friendly and there's no layering to go through to get at a control or change the bass. I opted for the wired Apple Car Play. Thinking about it now, I should have done the wireless. Other then that, most things are done through Blurtooth. Play music with it the only time I need to wire it up is to get the map on the screen on long trips.
