I've seen an ACL with SRV, but it wasn't that early ... he was a no-name, overshadowed by his older brother and wasn't fronting his own band back then. Lou Ann Barton was the singer before Stevie got his break with Bowie, and then released his Texas Flood album shortly thereafter.
None of his other live video appearances whether ACL or Montreaux, etc. that I've seen even come close to the El Mocambo show imo.
