Someone bang your front door open do you sue the lock of the lumber company for making the door jamb too weak? Shoulda bought steel door jamb at a much higher cost? they came through your window, do they sue the window mfg or the glass companies or the gate builder because the gate was too low for them to hop over to easily ?
