I dunno. You buy a Hyundai or Kia becasue they are cheap, not because they have excellent longevity, amazing performance, their F1 heritage, or the quality of their locks.
My dad bought a new 2019 Kia Sorrento (first sign of cognitive decline)… I’ve driven through the Rockies, it’s no Toyota, or even as refined as my wife’s 2011 Cayenne, or even my 2006 Cayenne that’s for sure. It’s purely acceptable, nothing more.
He was with my brother when they bought it and they went Kia instead of Honda or Toyota becasue they were cheaper, not better.
