The cars have zero software security and ignition has no interlock. The ‘key’ is not a key, a plastic spokn works. They dont have adequate security, period. No crime school degree needed which is why theyre stolen.
Reasonable person expects key is needed to drive car, orherwise why provide it? Unfit for purpose which is why hyundai settled.

Neither did ANY of my cars prior to oh heck IDK when but its likely only since the late 90's. The key doesn't just start the car it enables nearly all of the electric functions.
Break any of the windows in a house and you're in. Sue the window manufacturer? Pick the lock on my door and you get to sue Schlage? Do you endorse suing gun manufacturers?
