Ignore that damn garmin workout summary.
I get the same code, when I know darn well there were some anearobic intervals.
I just bought a set of garmin powermeter pedals today for my gravel bike. I've had two SRM powermeters for years and love them. The garmin will let me switch bikes easier, but overall, I prefer the simplicity of the srm. They seem to be running within 20% of one another, so I need to hone them in a bit.
Garmin has so many electronic nannies I wanna puke. I think I'm gonna do a century this sat. I'll take the SRM. Garmin stays at home. On the gravel bike off the beaten path on some obscure fire road, the garmin topo maps come along.
I'll be doing some anearobic sprint and the touch screen on the garmin cuts out of my heart rate data and tries to upgrade me to windows 11 and bluetooth me a subscription to millenial weekly while ordering an iced cappucino uber. Don't need all that.
