So my gravel/asphalt millings driveway is beat . Rain runoff the biggest offender . The driveway is 12' x 200' . Then there are five various sized pads to be formed and poured . Total square footage is 4250 or 56 yards of concrete .

I have received two quotes so far . One for 32K and the other for 28K . The higher quote says the driveway has to be dug out and hauled away . The cheaper says the driveway just needs to be skimmed to flatten it out .

Are these prices the going rate for concrete ? I have one more concrete guy coming out next week for a quote . I did a generic online search and labor is around $3.00 a s.f. and concrete is around $125.00 a yard . That gets me to 20K .

If those prices are accurate then the two quotes are tacking on 8K or so as " other " ? Any of you guys in the concrete biz ?
