No spectrum for me anymore. I called and asked why my internet and one l VOIP phone was now 100bucks/mo., no cable TV. I said I'm leaving. Not a word of customer retention. I called our only other option (the cell internet is spotty here and one of them (Verizon?) is not up and running) ...Frontier.
They were out in 2 days and the install was flawless. I called Spectrum to cancel and what do I get? Customer retention. I told the woman, "What? You want me to yank out a one day old system? FU."
Now at half the price, we'll see.
