Speaking of mice, I dug the granddaughter's pool out of storage in the shed and set it up yesterday. A truck brought a load of water and filled it in the afternoon. This morning it was down about a quarter. Inspection revealed a mouse had made a hole in the bottom just in from the side. I managed to pump about half into an older, smaller pool, lever the affected portion above the water and get a patch applied. By the time I got the remaining water returned to the pool, I was quite tired of kiddy pools.
