The 3rd quote came in at 27,650 . So the 3rd quote is 450.00 less than the 2nd guy . First guy was 32k worst case I didn't like how vague the first guy was.

It sounds like the 3rd guy is providing a better product with fiberglass additive and wire mesh . One thing that was consistent with all 3 contractors was they required 50% payment the day they show up with the crew .

The balance of the job is paid upon completion . I am going to think this over and then make a decision next week .
