People in other threads appear to be happy with the base tune of the Bluetooth version of the Tune+ but in speaking with 123 today they said with the Bluetooth you'll definitely have to fiddle with the map and suggested getting the switch version for a quiet life. (Car is a 1973 911TE on which the vacuum has been plugged long before I had the car)
Has anyone found the base map on the Bluetooth to be good to go or did you lose years off your life fiddling with it?

If you’re looking to get everything you can out of your timing then yes get the Bluetooth. But if you just want something simple that you flip a switch to get stock or a few other basic curves then get the basic model.
The benefit of the Bluetooth is that you can tune while the motor is running. With a passenger adding or removing timing while driving is simple. Also if you hook up your vacuum then you can edit that map as well.
