I had help from 2 construction workers on ladders installing all the hardware on the ceiling while I handed them all the tools and hardware as they worked 12 to 18 feet above the garage floor.
They said I did my homework and after working 8 hours the 3 of us had the kit installed and the truck shell was hanging safely on the safety chains.
Someday when the shell is gone maybe hang a big slot car track table on it or just use it for overhead storage of race car stuff.
After sourcing parts for 10 weeks I'm so glad that
I no longer have this hoist project hanging over my head. lol
