Rehab starts the week after next. I am mobile but the brace helps keep my knee in one place if not I can feel it shift within the socket. Most of the pain is gone but I sometimes wonder if it needs to be "Trimmed"? If I move it a certain way, it hurts like hell and the pain lingers on for 5-8 seconds.
