Sadly, we West Coasters have had lots of experience with wildfire smoke in recent years.

Stay indoors, windows closed. Run AC on recirculate, in house and car. Wear mask when outside. No exercising.

Quick air filter: to help keep indoor air cleaner, tape a furnace filter over a box fan.
Better air filter: tape four furnace filters and a box fan into a cube, with the box fan on top and the bottom being your floor.
Even better: break out the HEPA air cleaner you bought during Covid.
