High end steak houses in Chicago exceed $100/head with drinks, sides, and tip. If you want steak, I'm presuming a chain type restaurant is more in line. Personally, I don't order steak at a restaurant - it's pricey and I can cook this at home.
It also depends on the group: is it all adults or are there kids? Makes a difference in a restaurant choice.
