Anyone here “Fixin” old upholstery or making their own? I just was shocked into reality when I asked a local shop for a quote to make some basic cushions for our VariEze. I am not looking for free or a bro deal, but when he said….. “at a minimum, your looking at it just starting at $2000.00”. I did not tell him it was for an airplane either.
I had to try very hard not to show my “WTF-face”, said thank you, that gives me a starting point and quickly dashed back to my car.
What it’s going in, front seat and rear seat.

Might need to start looking for a good used commercial sewing machine with all the accouterments.
