He wouldn't stay long. The guy never had a life, he is just alive because the bullets missed him and got the other guy. He wouldn't know what a neighborhood is other than what he has seen on the streets of L.A.
He wouldn't know what to do with an hour of his own. He'll find trouble or trouble will find him. He has no life. Never did.
