The harness issue is really a good question; I have not located a date tag on this one and do not know if it shares the biodegradable original harness material with the gasoline models. Fwiw, the wiring all seems great and no electrical problems at this time. Between my first ownership and the person I sold it to in 2020, (just got it back), about 20k miles added. 265k now and runs like showroom new.
