F1 car development pace moves quickly, that Redbull floor will be out of date compared to their latest iteration being run in the wind tunnel
Any team copying it will be 2-3 months behind where Redbull are now
Paint is heavy, not worth the performance penalty for a 'just in case they see it' scenario
