1. Something for hauling, skiing, fishing, exploring. Maybe 4 door W461 G-wagen.
2. Something very very comfortable for daily and long trips. W124 500E, or the wagon equivalent from the MBZ/AMG line-up.
3. Somehing fun, but reliable and civilized enough that my wife would tolerate weekend runs to the coast. Doesn’t need to be a hardcore twisty car. A 911 (my 89 Carrera would be fine), a well-sorted E-type Jag, a BMW 3.0CS, a BMW i8, something like that.

I guess a Cayenne could cover both 1 and 2, leaving an open slot for a second fun car or (gasp) a super-economical local runabout (BMW i3?).

I’m assuming I can stash a trailer in the side yard, otherwise I’d have to consider a pickup truck.
