Fortunately, the brakes on the F150 and 330 are easy to work on.
I took it for testing today and still had the issue. Got out of the truck and check the brake hard line and its good.
So, a Google search said that one pair of brake pads has a semi circle on it that was to go on the piston side of the caliper or there will be problems.
I pulled the wheel, pulled the caliper and I had brake pads with semi circles on the inside and the outside. DOH!
I installed new brake pads on the front left and right and bled the brakes.
Hopefully, when I drive it tomorrow, it's all fixed.
Edit. Hopefully, the rotor is ok and I didn't damage it with all the heat...
