Larry the Fraud
Hi,
i came across this forum while trying to do a background check on a prospective tenant for one of my properties. This Larry guy you mentioned matched to the T. This fraud called and spoke as "Larry Demetro" , showed up to see the property and introduced as "steve demetro". Same motor mouth, tall claims, on how much money he has etc. also he would not provide any W2s or Paystubs as a proof of his income. giving the lame excuse that they are packed up in boxes lol.
he is a piece of work for sure. i am glad i came across this thread. also, he mentioned he liked the garage space aass he has 2 classic RRs, on inquiring what year are his classic RRs.... 2017 Ghost and 2019 Phantom. i am going to leave it at that.
