I’m been waiting for my spring to arrive since March, seems the postal service has some problems so keep that in mind.
These are sent from Germany via registered mail. When I ordered it Karsten replied via PP private message, shipped it out immediately and provided a Tracking number but tracking has not been updated by USPS, Deutsche Post or DHL since then, no movement or info whatsoever if it left Germany, sitting in US Customs or on a a sunken freighter in between.
Tracking query investigations can only come from the Sender not the Receiver.

In the meantime I haven’t heard from Karsten since last April, so let’s all hope he’s doing okay.
