I’ve had and enjoyed the Numeric shifter in my G body for well over a year, but just before my last rally, it went out of “alignment”. The lockout is on the driver’s side and has worked flawlessly, and then stopped.

Reviewed the videos again and noted the adjustment nut and threaded inset hex bolt for correction. When I went to do the adjustment, the threaded hex bolt is not inset and I don’t have the ability to correct. I contacted Numeric before the rally and had no answered phones or returned calls. Ended up scratching reverse far more than I wanted during the rally and a missed shift to avoid scratching again. I have gotten rather frustrated after it working so well.

After multiple calls and initiating “chatting”, I have not received ANY response to my efforts from either person at Numeric. Even spoke to a vendor about the issue and they said their customer service is not something to get excited about.

Well that doesn’t solve my issue. I’m wondering if I bought one of the earlier gbody models that may have not had the inset screw, but all I want is to have this back to operating like it had. Has anyone else had this issue, and did Numeric respond to correct? Thanks.
