also having issue with reverse lockout. i grabbed a bunch of reverse downshifting from 5th last week.
generally, im happy with the shifter. height is great. throws are the right length. i seem to have issues requiring a lot more effort than i would expect to get out of gear, but it goes through nuetral and into the next gear smoothly.
also of note, i broke the set screw for the shift knob
