I heard they scan all (or a lot) of Harrison's movies where he's the right age and capture every possible angle of him and re-constitute it in the new film.
I remember when they made
Blade Runner : The Final Cut, they hired Harrison Ford's son to redo the scene where he's questioning the artificial snake salesman and pasted it in so the movement of his mouth matched the dialogue. And they hired Joanna Cassidy to run the scene where she was shot running through glass to get rid of the stunt woman's face.
