Yesterday, I think it was 95 and 90-100% RH (not unusual for this time of year) and I spent 6 hours in my non-airconditioned garage working on bikes and listening to the IMSA race. Sweat? Yes, lots of it. I was reading a medical report not long ago on the many benefits of sauna and the report indicated that the exact same benefits are attained by living in the desert or south FL and being outside in the heat for hours at a time. Nice cold shower afterwards and felt fantastic. Doing the same today - just got back from a 10-mile bike ride
I'm OK working outside and in my garage but have to take breaks periodically - let my head cool down!

I also have quite a few fans in different places, inside and around the garage, that I like to use. Having air movement really makes a huge difference, for me!
